CLICK/COLLECT

Click & Collect is a service that allows you to order and pay for items at Heraldi Webshop and pick them up at the Heraldi point of sale of your choice.

Orders that involve pick-up at a point of sale can be paid only in advance, by debit / credit card or by payment to the bank account of Diversus res d.o.o., if the item is in stock at the selected point of sale at the time of ordering.

Orders placed through the Click & Collect service will be processed and ready for pick-up within 24 hours of receiving payment. After processing, the Customer will be notified by e-mail that the goods are ready for pick-up, and the Customer can collect them within 10 days during the working hours of the selected point of sale.

Click & Collect service with pick-up at a selected point of sale is free of charge. An order can be placed if the selected point of sale has the requested item in stock at the moment the order is finalised.  

Diversus res d.o.o. will send the Customer a confirmation e-mail when the goods are ready to be collected. The Customer is obliged to pick the goods up within 10 days from receiving the notification that the goods are ready to be collected.

If the Customer does pick the goods up within 10 days from receiving the notification that the goods are ready to be collected, Diversus res d.o.o. is authorised to charge a storage fee in the amount of 2% of the value of the goods (inclusive of VAT) per day for every day of delay in pick-up.  In counting the length of the delay, each started day shall be counted as a whole day.

If the Customer does not pick the goods up within 30 days from receiving the notification that the goods are ready to be collected, it shall be considered that the Customer has renounced ownership of the goods and Diversus res d.o.o. is authorised to dispose of the goods.
